I am not gonna lie... When I heard that Lilly has a BFF...it tugged at my heart strings. THEN I connected the dots and realized Dolly is the little filly that had a rough start. I started thinking.....maybe I should add Dolly to the family. Yep, I said it. I am going to wait until Lilly and her are in the large group and see if they are still BFFs AND there are other people interested in her. So.... I probably will NOT be adding her to my family. BUT I did think about it for a hot second. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Are you confused about how to get the most accurate estimate for how much your horse weighs? I know I was. There are SO many different formulas out there. But which one is best? I also struggled with how to make the BEST formulas easier to use. So I created a form that can be used by ANYONE and it will show you what your horse weighs using all the formulas. I labeled the formulas if they are recommended for certain horses.

I also compared the different formulas with 4 horses. The more data I get the more I can compare the formulas :-) 

Green = most accurate

Meghan was the beginning of my dreams of being a mom. Lilly is the beginning of my dreams of being a horsey mom. I hope to raise and care for many horses over the next 50 years but Lilly will always be my first. I love her so much. Even though I have not yet met her. Thank you Rebecca of "All the King's Horses" for taking such great care of her and her mama Lucky. Thank you for keeping me connected to her with pictures and videos. This first video is a video I made to celebrate her 1st month and show how much she has changed.

My daughter Meghan has been developing her art. I have always loved drawing and art and it has been something that they have been hesitant to get into. But the past few months they have been drawing to help them heal and recover. I am so proud of them.
